I’ve heard of a couple of kids who just had high DHEA and one was very tall and they both had advanced bone age.  Did you get a bone age done yet?  I would suggest that.  My daughter and niece don’t have CAH - but they have PCO and have high testosterone but they’re 15 and 16.  They were recently diagnosed with insulin resistance which has been linked to PCO and they’re taking Metformin.  But this is kind of a new therapy and not everyone does this.  The usual treatment is birth control pills but I think that’s just for girls who already are menstruating (or not menstruating regularly which is the main symptom).
