My book arrived at the other end of the earth only ten days after ordering it. 

It is 282 pages of excellent information. I’m an adult CAH person and it’s a ’Parents Guide’ so technically may not have interested me but it’s a great resource. In fact  my copy arrived in my mail box as I was leaving to go out to my Endo’s appointment and so I showed him. I think he initially thought that it said ’Patients Guide’ and he wanted it and I had to fight to get it back off him - not quite but almost!!!

My only disappointment is that it doesn’t include both SI (Systeme International d’Unites) and Conventional Units which restricts it’s usefulness for much/most of the world. Also those wretched US pounds for weight measurements....how about metric for weights and heights in the next edition???  Much better ;-)
