My son when thru the same thing a few weeks back and when I took him to the doctors about it she said it was a form of eczema and she showed me her wrist and she had the same thing and gave a script to get filled for it.  Everyday it look like it was getting worse all over his body ecspecially on his arms and legs.  I hope this pleases.
