My son with CAH used to get the dark circles when he was sick and needed stress dosed and I’ll never forget one time I forgot to give him his cortef before he went to school.  He came home with dark circles under his eyes and they stayed for 2-3 days.  It’s scary to see that it your child just missing one dose!!!
