My daughter swcah has dark circles sometimes. I have dark circles all the time and I don’t have CAH. We both have fair skin, I just thought she got it from me. She had an adrenal crisis in September and her eyes were very dark a few days before. She looked very ill though. I wouldn’t worry unless there are other signs. Good Luck.
