No I havn’t had my thyroid checked but I have a dexa scan coming up. And now I’ve got some answers I will have to reorganise my book. My notes are being copied for me then the originals are to be burned. Having the notes will help me with my book as I can compare attitudes of then and now.

Kind of feels weird in a way as I’ve closed a chapter in my life that has plagued me for years and boy have I slept lately. I’m looking now to come of the anti depressants and move on.
