I have to agree with Ian and Martha.  People who are more likely to catch the bird flu are people who work with birds on a regular basis.  They are around birds daily and therefore have a greater risk of catching the illness.  As far as I understand, you can’t catch the bird flu from eating birds or from other people who have the bird flu, so I think until a true epidemic breaks out, I’m not going to worry.
