Hello!

I have a 2 month old son who is doing really well.  I’d like to hear from others who have older sons with swcah, so that I can get an idea of what life will be like when my son gets older.  Our endo says that if he’s properly monitored and medicated, he’ll live a normal life.  But I’m wondering if it’s true that he’ll be short and possibly overweight (my husband and I are on the thin and tall side)?  I haven’t done too much research on this condition because it tends to depress me and I’d rather get all my info from our wonderful doctor (Dr. Plotnik at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore) because she’s so positive and pleased with how well our son is doing.  But I realize it might help to talk to others that live the day-to-day life with this condition.  Any information and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
