I remember having those same feelings about my son’s future, and I actually still do worry from time to time.  But so far he has had a very normal life and does everything other kids his age do.  He will be 5 in February.  I have to remind myself to let him do things.  I have always been very protective, but I get better each year.  He goes to preschool and loves it.  We do go to the doctor more than others becasue of his SWCAH.  He is great and a joy.  I can’t imagine my life without him.  Congrats. on your little guy.  By the way I am expecting our second child in May.  We will have amnio on Nov. 21st to determine if this one has CAH also.
