Seems like you need the ER and the ped endo on call. 

People get treated without any regard to insurance all the time and if she is a foster kid then they know who to bill....Texas! I was a foster kid myself in Michigan- a ward of the state : ) and paperwork is always back logged which is understandable. Treatment first and retroactivate the paper work later

 

I hope that you are already gone to the hospital but if not? tell the doctors to look up adrenal crisis ....adrenal insufficiency. CAH isn’t rare uncommon but not rare.

Her condition from what you write has worsened and any ER that I’ve been in  with or without insurance always says come back.

From looking at my  records I got great care as a foster baby w/ CAH.

I hope you come back and post that everything is going better for your foster child also because what you posted is very scary.
