It usually happens to me when I get the stomach flu and diareha. It is with a high temp. I start dehydrating, which you can tell by pulling on the skin on the back of the hand, it should snap back, if it goes back slowly, then dehydration has set in. Or I can press on the back of my hand with my thumb, and if the color doesn’t return instantly, the I am getting dehydrated, and that is when the crisis begins. I was given Solu-Cortef Emergency Bottles a few years ago, and they are great in helping me through one of these bouts.
