Hello,
I have a 5 week old daughter diagnosed with SWCAH. We live in Alaska where the medical care is limited. Alaska’s one and only pediatric endo. is out on leave until February and the man covering for her passed away suddenly. We are currently being advised by the endo. on leave, but we are not able to talk to her in person and she has never even met our daughter. Can anyone recommend a good pediatric endo? What about a good urologist to perform her surgery? My husband and I are considering flying out of state to get better treatment. We would at least like to have the names of knowledgeable doctors we can call. What would you all recommend? We are still learning about her condition and it seems very overwhelming and scary right now.
