Your daughter should probably be tested down the line before she plans on conceiving. I to have 21 hydrox. deficiency but I have 2 recessive mutations of it which I heard was rare but it’s good for me becuase I am not a carrier for SWCAH (salt wasting). However, even though your daughter has locah I assume from 21 hydrox. diagnoses she could still be a carrier for the salt wasting cah and if she has a child with someone who is a carrier she could potentially have a child with locah or SWCAH depending on which mutations he carries. I was told that a lot of people with locah are carriers for the salt wasting gene so genetic testing can never hurt.
