My little one has had a runny nose but nothing really serious lately. He has had fevers. No matter what you should increase the cortisone to help him get over the fevers faster. From what I can tell a crisis can come out of no where. It is better to be on the safe side of things. What is 39.2 centigrade? I am not familar with that term.
