Emabarrassing Bonehead maneuver on the day.

This morning I was getting ready to give my 10 month old his florinef (1/2 a tab) which I let him chew and then wash down with water.  My husband rushed in the room needing my help preparing for a big day at work. I got distracted and put the baby’s pill in MY mouth and swallowed it.

As I felt the pill in my throat, I realized what i did...tried to vomit but I had a completely empty stomach.  I called my doctor’s office but they haven’t called me back, yet.  Should I be really worried?  Any wild ideas or reassurance would be great! I feel so dumb.
