to Jennifer with the foster child

Jennifer,

I am hoping and praying that your foster daughter comes out of this situation alive.  I really have been praying that the situation gets resolved.  I have read all of the posts regarding this.  Braydensmom got knocked down for sighting an opinion.  I back her because I don’t know if what she is saying is true or not but neither does she.  Things don’t add up.  I have taken my daughter to the ER without approval from medicaid before it was all "official".  I didn’t care!  So what!  We would be stuck with a bill?  We were talking about her life.  And in the end it was all taken care of.

You have been given the tools and resources and sense of urgency from the moms who have "been there, done that", even some who have lost children to CAH,  and you have access to a letter from CARES to take to the ER to explain to the docs if they are not well educated on CAH.  There are many hospitals in Texas that you could go to for a second opinion.

If you really need the support here, you are in the right place.  The people here are AMAZING!  You see how many of us are praying for you.  It’s just that you have posted so many times about her levels  (BTW several times my daughter has been considered near fatal with a potassium level of 5)  and your inability for funding or doc understanding.  If this is really the case with your daughter, please take her somewhere until they keep her, medicate her for CAH, find the answers and then go on.

Blessings to you,

B
