another dumb question ...ok ....patient goes to ER .....has CAH...is ill....did they give solu-cortef?  They just give or call endos for a conformation of that. Maybe it’s CAH that seems like it’s not being treated and maybe something else. Don’t get it why they would let a baby go with the symptoms you wrote about.
