Jen you and your family are in my prayers. I understand the position you are in. Foster parents do not have the legal authority to sign for medical treatment and if the social workers and agency are not supporting treatment you will have a hard time forcing the issue. Is there any Dr you can get to press for treatment?? I also understand the fear and ramifications of working outside the system as you have said you are worried about all your children. Please realize that I do not mean to judge or fault your care, it is just so fusterating that this is allowed to happen in a country that is so advanced in medical treatment. The treatment to control CAH is so simple when given the necessary drugs these children thrive.
