You stated in your original post that your foster child has a primary care physician 

From your original post you were concerned about finding an Endo and if you would click on this link http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/newborn/cah2shtm and direct your attention to the very last paragraph which will then explain how TEXAS goes about providing children with CAH the first connection we have with endos outside the ones that are on call at the hospitals.
