I have a one yr old daughter with SW CAH . I give her one tab of 1 gram salt daily.In my country we dont have an endocrinologist so we take her to a regular pediatrician.Few weeks back she got sick with vomiting and a high fever....her electrolytes were checked and they were fine eventhough she vomited so many times after which I began to think that may be she is not loosing salt anymore and may be we r giving her extra salt and florinef unnecessarily. Is it possible that she is no more a salt waster...can anyone answer this please?
