Yes, yes, yes, changing dosage and/or medicine can affect the mood of someone with CAH.  As an adult male who’s lived with the disease for 41 years, my wife and can close friends can tell right away if I’m late taking my medicine (hydrocortisone 2X daily).   The connection between hormone levels and mood should come as no surprise to adult women.  If your children are acting differently, bear with them until their bodies adjust.  Hope this helps -- Best, Eric
