Why would you double or triple? For stress, or chance of getting sick or both? Curious.

I got mine before Halloween and 4 days later had a touch of flu/body aches and then got a sinus and ear infection and stayed home 2 days from work. They also say that it’s suppose to be a dead virus going in you, sometimes I wonder?! I am also a teacher so I could have got it from the kids.
