I am in my 40’s, a non-salt waster & saw a new endo who put me on it.  I was quite surprised, as I have had many endos & no one else suggested it.  He said it helps the prednisone keep CAH under control.  I took it until my first bottle ran out but never renewed the prescription.  I couldn’t tell any difference with or without it.
