We notice a difference in our kids when they are not getting enough Cortef. One of our daughters turns into a madwoman, throwing tantrums, screaming, having terrible behavior that is very unlike her. When this happens, I call our endo and they order labs and so far, I have been right about them being undersuppressed. An increase in meds, and a couple weeks later, she is back to normal. Our endo also acknowledges that there is a correlation.

I would have her labs checked. Why was her dose decreased?
