17 OHP levels are less than less than 600 ng/dl in the morning before medication is given and less than 200 ng/dl during the day.

Well, because I take Dex at 3 am my labs will always be about 5 hours after I have my meds. I have my labs done early am. Since most of what I have read would be in line with using Cortef. So when my daughter takes her Cortef at 3 am then has labs donne at 8 or 0am, then it’s pretty much cleared out to have a good draw before her nest dose. Me on the otherhand, Dex would still be in my system going strong. I am upset that the nurse fogot to add those other hormones to my lab slip. That’s just my luck though, one would think I’d be used to it by now.

(If I had did my labs and not taken my 3 am dose then that wouldn’t be a correct number either, being 5 hours past my dose time)

Well I sure would hate to be oversupressed still after all these years. I wish I had insurance, things would be different. Now I would be lucky if I could even get insurance and have this took care of.

Thanks for responding. I guess I’ll be left in the dark till I can get somewhere that will help me.
