John there is an excellent book written about all aspects of CAH and treatment.  It was written by a parent who uses this board along with a world renowned Professor Endocrinologist and is very easy to understand.  There are questions and answers after each chapter which are great.  It is called Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia A Parent’s Guide and is available from Author House, the link:-
