Hi I’m from England also with cah I’m 28. If your sone cannot keep his tabs down he will need the injection. My g.p used to come round and give it me when I was Little so I didn’t got to hospital. You need to get thoses fluids down him or he will end up on a drip in hospital. Bugs etc can be managed at home and give him calpol to keep the temp down. Be careful he doesn’t go into crises. I hope this helps. Just give him sips etc of water or Lucazade. And ring for a call out doctor.
