Our 5 year old SWCAH son pretty much refuses to drink milk.  I was alarmed to find out at our last Endo appt that one of the long term side effects of being on steriods, is calcium depletion.  Maybe this is common knowledge but it was news to me.

I wanted to find out if anyone is giving their kids calcium supplements and, if so, which brand do you recommend?
