I went through this with my NCAH daughter. She was also 2 1/2 months early and a super preemie. At the age of 2 she developed pubic hair, body odor and sebborhea (spelling?) on her scalp.

The pubic hair was "the sign" to myself and my ped that something was wrong. When she was diagnosed and put on Cortef, the hairs and odor remained, but didn’t increase. My dr. told me that once these sebacious glands were stimulated sometimes they don’t reverse and same with the hair follicles.

Hang in there... I know it is so overwhelming and scary.
