Kristin-

I have a son (nonCAH) that doesn’t like milk either. But I am still concerned about bone growth and strength with him. We give him drinkable yogurt (danimals), cheese (string cheese), veggies high in calcium (green leafy) like broccoli. We also make deals with him if he drinks half a glass of regular milk, I will let him have a half glass of chocolate milk (with not a lot of chocolate). For snacks he gets cheddar cheese and crackers.

Tum are also a good source of Calcium.  I would be careful how much you give a 5 to much calcium is just a bad as not enough.
