April, I have a son with swcah and he does not do that but, I do have a son who is 2 and he has fragilex syndrome and he does that same thing a lot too. His PT and OT are saying that he is self steming. He does it all the time even when he has his diaper on and when we take it off to change it. What we do is tell him that he is not to touch that and it will always be there LOL :) But he is kinda doing better. I wish you luck!! Misty
