My daughter is dairy allergic.  We give her Floridix from health food stores.  It is liquid and comes with magneseum which is needed for absorbtion.  It is liquid and citrus in flavor.  We go with this one as my daughter has many allergies to perservatives etc and this one doesn’t have them.  Julia
