Hi there, I just wanted to post that I am sensitive to sounds. I really don’t remember being that way as a child. I do however know that when I was on a higher dose of steroids it was worse, I still have it though just not as bad. Shrieking sounds go straight through me.

 My own theory is that the steroids cause the body to be hyper alert, or at least I felt that way. Or it could just be that I am prone to be that way anyway and the steroids exacerbate it.
