I just remembered that when my son was 1 we worried that he had a hearing loss because he didn’t respond to sounds.  I went behind him and banged on a pot and clapped my hands together loudly.  He didn’t repond.

One day I decided to see if he was as bad as we thought.  I hid around the corner of the room and whispered his name.  His head turned so quickly that he almost got whiplash.

I have no idea what all this adds up to, but right now, at age 10, he is loing his music loud and often.
