This response describes our experience exactly. I never put it down to CAH, but in a way it is reassuring to know that other parents have had the same worry.

Of course he can’t hear me yelling at him to pick up his stuff, but whisper something we don’t want him to hear and it’s like whispering "walkies" in a dog’s ear...
