Julia’s the expert on circadian.  I think my doctor was initially against it but I tried it anyway.  I’m a rebel but also my son is very mildly affected so it wasn’t a big risk.  As for the puberty, at the next visit try to determine if it’s central puberty or just premature adrenarche (I suspect the latter).  Does she have any sign of breasts?  My daughter was very skinny and started getting little breasts at 8 but I thought it was just a little baby fat.  Is it pubic fuzz or a few dark hairs?  My son started getting a little pubic fuzz at 7 but then we started treating him and it never progressed.  He’s 11 tomorrow.  I think your daughter is the ideal candidate for more, smaller doses.
