Hi Wayne, I think that Dexamethasone is is the generic brand. I pay 13 dollars for 30 .5mg pills. I break those in half and it gives me 2 months worth. As far as Cortef is concerned hydrocortisone should the the generic. Not sure of the price though sorry as I only pay a dollar copay for my daughters pills. Shame they don’t make .25mg anymore pills anymore though. I didn’t know about that.
