Dr. Steve Kramer (Dept of Urology) at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN did my daughter’s surgeries. I know that he sees adults also, but don’t know the extent of his reconstructive surgery experience. Worth a try to at least talk with him.

His nurse practicioner/assistant, Sue, is fabulous. If you just want to talk over the phone first, that’s where I’d start.
