well, first of all, IF she does have CAH it will be ok. my son is 2 and is leading a very normal life. it would be surprising to have normal electrolytes, normal genitalia in a girl, and thriving and still have cah, especially the salt wasting form in a newborn. however, anything is possible. if she is positive, this website is great and make sure that you are immediately referred to a pediatric endocrinologist who has some experience with cah. best of luck!
