A thread below got me thinking. For about 20 years I’ve been on a weird diet. I read a book about food allergies and it described me to a tee. I stopped eating all dairy products, sugar, grains (no rice, wheat, etc.) and a few other things. Almost everything that bothers me is a carb. If I eat these things I get all kinds of weird symptoms - puffiness, depression, anxiety, bloatedness, runny nose, etc. I wonder if this could be because I’m a CAH carrier. Or insulin resistance. Does anyone else have these problems. By the way, yes everyone thinks I’m a nut or at least extremely annoying but I think without this diet I would have developed some major chronic diseases or mental illness.bonnie
