For what it’s worth I’m a CAH carrier and I have recently found out that I have Celiac Sprue disease - I can’t digest gluten, in fact it really messes me up. Gluten is generally in wheat and barley and the symptoms are like what you describe. I was diagnosed via an endoscopy but there are blood tests too.

Maybe you should get tested for that? Just a thought -
