I don’t know if anyone remembers but I posted awhile back about Riley Hospital doing a study on the 3 types of meds. Cortef, Dex, and Pred for a 6 wk period of each one.  They are going to see what works best & to see if possibly 1 dose per day vs. all the pills??? Also they were saying how some are on cortef, some on dex,  and predsone. I think they are going to try to get this uniform if that is possible.

My grandson 9 yrs old SWCAH is participating in this study. We just finished the cortef which he raised the dosage he normally took with specific times to take  daily for 6 wks. This 6 wks is up with the cortef and we are staying at the hospital over the weekend with testing. So on Sunday he will be starting either dex or pred. My grandson has been on cortef since birth. 

I hope it all turns out and will benefit other children. Like to have everyones take on this and if any of  your children or adults have been on all 3 meds and what has worked best for you.
