I dunno.

It is the low levels of cortisol that creates the invitation ( so to speak) for the allergies.
By the way, my CAH son has a list of allergies including all nuts and eggs.
I have a nephew that *might* have celiac sprue. He does not have CAH however now I am wondering if perhaps he is a carrier. Carriers do have lower levels of cortisol compared to non carriers.
But, many people that do not have CAH and are not carriers are still suffering from food allergies and or celiac sprue. So... I dunno.
