Not sure exactly what your point is - are we being too sensitive?  Are we being too squeamish because it’s genitals?  I just think that if your child tells a friend that he or she has CAH, and that kid looks it up on the internet - a perfectly logical occurance, we would not want a picture of a vagina (any kind of vagina) popping up.  Diabetes can cause impotence.  Would we want pictures of male genitals popping up when we look up diabetes?  I don’t think so.
