Seriously, I didn’t get your point before.  So you think the picture is OK because it’s a learning tool for doctors and is a part of CAH that we shouldn’t put in the closet.  I agree with that but probably the doctors didn’t intend that picture to come up as the first page when you google CAH.  I think I didn’t interpret it that way because it seems like people usually argue different points - like CAH is life-threatening and only sensationalists focus on genitals and that showing pictures of people is exploitative.
