We give 1.0 in the morning and he has been on this dose since birth. He was on it two times a day but they said that his levels were high so they changed to once a day. And sometimes if i have ran out i give it to him that night when i get it. I did not think that it mattered when you gave them that one but i am still learning so i dont know to much
