I just recieved a pamphlet from the CARES foundation that covers stress dosing, giving an IM injection and gives instructions to an ER physician.

It seems very well thought out. The ER physician instructions detail specific IV treatments and endocrin blood draws.

Perhaps eventually the pamphlet will be posted on the CARES foundation site? It would seem useful to me.

These days when putting specific treatments in writing opens the door to potential litigation, putting a pamphlet like this together involves a lot of work, and I’m grateful to the CARES foundation for doing so!!
