I have both a son and daughter with SWCAH but my blood pressure is actually very low.  My son’s blood pressure a month ago was 149/74 (he is 10 months old) but once we reduced his florinef to .1 mg per day it has gone down to 98/54.  My daughter has never had a problem with high blood pressure and my husband’s is in the normal range.
