Ok Aimee I’m glad you prepared me for all this!!!! (even though I know it is all coming too soon) LOL. I’ve rasied 2 boys and now I’m on my second family raising my 2 grandkids.

My grandson is 9 yrs old SWCAH and I have let him go to sleep overs, amusement parks, etc. With close friends, class mates and family members. I too like Debbie am worried to death.  He is only 9 but I’m trying to let him go and be a normal kid. I was going on all the school field trips but now I don’t go to them all. 

Debbie next year he will be going on a 2 day event with school & a 3 day space camp (space camp no parents are permitted to go). I trust the school staff they have all the info.  He gets really mad at me if I don’t let him go.  Darn if I do and darn if I don’t??????????????????

Just to let you know your not alone on this. I try to use  my best judgement on things that are happening.
