After reading Cindi’s post about her son having the 11-Beta version of CAH, and his problems with high blood pressure, it made me do some research on the internet about this, because my 15 month old son has also had problems with high bp. I can’t find very much info on this, I guess because it isnt as common. The info I did find mentioned it’s common for children with this form of CAH to have growth failure...and that also describes my son. He is only 16 lbs 9 oz. He has never had the DNA testing done, and none of his doctors has ever suggested it. His endo expresses concern over the high bp, but then drops it and doesn’t try to get to the bottom of it. Does anyone know anything about 11-Beta? And should I call his endo and tell him I want my son tested for this?  Thanks for any help or advice
